Nice staff awful location
3.0We asked for a quiet room and he put us on ground floor by busy street with Harley’s making noise and facing a bar that made noise! There were internal rooms. Then a car blasted base so loud it vibrated my pillow so at 11:00 pm I went to reception and they said it was just the bar but I asked security guy to walk with me to parking lot and he told them to stop.

1.0− When we showed up to check in the front desk manager told us that our room had been canceled and couldn’t give us an accurate reason why. Booking never sent me a email saying our room was as canceled. In fact quite the opposite, I had two confirmation emails from booking literally this week about our hotel confirmation and stay. The manager told us the hotel was sold out and we had to frantically look for another hotel 45 min before an event we were supposed to go to. The manager took so long to look up what was going on and still had no clue what was going on with our hotel or why it was canceled. Unprofessional.
