8.0Big hotel geared for groups. Very convenient to experience the area and lots of space and amenities. We didnt stay long or take advantage of all but all looked good. Food was a bit mass-produced but expected based on size of the hotel. Staff were great and it served our purpose well to visit the area for a few days.

Disappointing stay.
6.0The check in was a nightmare. The young lady and her supwrvisor were very unfriendly and did not attempt to understand our questions. Did not speak English ( not even a translation app). The valet / bell hop spoke decent English and he translated to them. Modest rooms. Odor in the corridor. Pool staff were not friendly … very standoffish. The restaurant staff were very good and so was the dinner buffet. The hotel was in the middle of “no where” ….

2.0Terrible services in the front desk ! I have never had one hotel like this service. I want to get bottle water and there’s no one answering the phone.

10.0Girişten çıkışa kadar en ufak bir sıkıntı bile yaşamadık. Odalar, havuzlar, restaurant ve çevre temizliği harikaydı. Akşam canlı müzik ve oryantal danslar ile eğlence güzel vakit geçimemizi sağladı.
A bit dated but good service
8.0The hotel was a bit dated, but the service was good and exceeded our expectations. To our surprise, supper was included in the stay, which was a lovely bonus. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a generous basket of fresh fruit — a thoughtful touch that made us feel special.
