We stayed in Unit 1405 and had a wonderful experience! The condo is very spacious, clean, and nicely done. The Estancia is so family friendly and we will definitely be back!

We stayed in Villa 1401 and had an amazing experience. The unit comes with concierge services- Johana was phenomenal! This was our second time using this rental company and I will only book with them from now on! They arrange transportation and will even stock your fridge before you get there for a reasonable fee. Johana greeted us upon our arrival with margaritas, chips, salsa, and guacamole. She even showed me how to make the margaritas- they were the best I have ever had! She checked on us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. If you want an exceptional vacation- book unit 1401!!! You won't be disappointed.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Gael at the fitness center at Villa La Estancia! From the very first day I met him, he was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely happy to be there. Every day I came in to work out, we had a great conversation, and his positive attitude honestly made my workouts that much better. He always motivated me to walk into the gym excited to crush my workout. Gael pays incredible attention to detail. Every single day, the gym was absolutely spotless, the equipment was clean, and everything was organized exactly as it should be. It’s clear that he takes a lot of pride in his work and truly cares about providing guests with the best experience possible. He was always available to help, whether it was checking members in, answering questions, or assisting with anything anyone needed. Employees like Gael make a lasting impression, and he’s a big reason I looked forward to using the gym every day. He deserves to be recognized and honestly, I think he deserves a promotion. His work ethic, professionalism, and positive energy do not go unnoticed. Thank you for everything, Gael! Best, Ethan de la Garza

Easy, breezy, stress free get away!

This was not my first time visiting Cabo, but my first time staying here. I will stay here every time I visit from now on. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so kind, friendly and helpful - everyone from the bell hops, to the front desk, restaurants, pool, pool bar, housekeeping, etc staff. I especially want to give a shout out to Jonathan, Adrian and Alejandro at the restaurant and/or pool. They were very attentive and all went the extra mile. I was traveling with my elderly mom and they were as sweet as can be to her. We also really loved Luis, the bell hop. The woman we encountered, especially at the main restaurant were equally wonderful, I just can’t recall their names at the moment. My only semi negative comment is that upon arrival, I was surprised to learn that I had not already reserved and all inclusion package, as I was pretty sure that I had during booking. I am still looking into this, since I booked through a third party. So I would highly recommend that you pay attention closely while booking. That being said, I ended up paying separately for the all inclusive package. If you are staying three days or longer, I highly recommend that you pay for this. It allowed us to move freely between all of the restaurants at all three resorts and we were able to try all of the great food that each offered. Lastly, the food between the three properties was fantastic. It was very easy to find whatever we were in the mood for and the drinks were a bonus. While we did venture into town, honestly, you could easily drop your bags in your room and comfortably and safely just hang out and eat and drink daily between the three resorts. I’ll be back for sure!
