− The cleanliness, the pets being allowed to defecate and urinate everywhere, the quality of the towels and sheets.

I did not even stay. The conditions were so bad, I refused to stay.

− It was nothing like the pictures. Very old and dirty looking. dirty hallways, broken door knobs. Very Nasty. I booked the suite, and they don't even offer suites anymore.
Don’t EVER stay HERE and the pictures online are false advertisement.

− Everything was moldy. Dirty sheets mold all over the room where I woke up and the floor was full of water. They stole my money . They said I was getting my money back and we’re very unprofessional they lied to me and they never contacted Booking.com or reply to their email so they can issue me my refund
