− The room layout. Wierd. Tiny room for toilet and shower. The sink was in the room less than a foot from the bed very awkward and Literally a right squeeze and no place to put toiletries. Two beds three people no place to put luggage.

The place was clean, ready, customer service was good, and the place was comfortable with a great working tv. But, the two worst things about the stay were: the fridge temp control broke so it couldn’t be used, and most importantly, the a/c unit to our room was dangerously in need of repair. The electrical outlet it was connected to was broken and you had to angle the chord just right so the power would stay on, but this would cause sparks to fly in the room as you tried to fix it. So obviously pretty dangerous and uncomfortable. We were in room #2 and I want management to fix this before we come stay next time and to know that the lady who worked the front desk was kind and helpful.

− We couldn't change the credit card. Talking to an agent was a nightmare. And said that booking DON'T allow any change in credit card. So why booking has that option? I don't get it. So disappointing.
