3.0Staff and hotel
− Room 108, shower flooded, drain was blocked. Coffee spilt on wall. Tap on bath dripping. Receptionist was not bothered.

− With such great views, I would hope someone would clean the windows a little more often.
Lovely hotel lovely room lovely staff. Just not quite set up regards eating when you have a dog.
10.0I think that the bar area should be where people with dogs can eat. The lounge area where dogs can go isn’t ideal. It is normal that dogs are allowed in a bar. If we had know that the area wasn’t suitable we would have met our friends in a better location rather eat in the lounge area you have. At breakfast we sat at the lounge area but the waitress had said if she had known we were coming with the dog a table would have been set ready. Maybe not have the breakfast next time although it was very good.

Expensive accomodation.
6.0Room was spacious and free parking. Bar staff very friendly
− The receptionist was not welcoming and abrupt. This is a customer facing role and the first interaction that people have with the hotel, and we left reception thinking that she was just rude. No air conditioning in the bedroom.
