This hotel surprised me - POSITIVE!
10.0I was hesitant to book this hotel as their website looked dated. We're on a round-trip for the world cup and booked this hotel for 3 nights as we were going to the Metlife stadium. I'm so glad we went for this hotel! Super friendly staff, complimentary breakfast, big rooms (family of 4), and the invaluable free shuttle service! I would recommend to anyone going to American Dream mall or the metlife stadium.

10.0I have to subtract maybe half a star or so because it is so noisy outside the window at night. Otherwise hotel is peaceful, clean, and spacious. Paper ticket(s) are given at check-in to be used for breakfast. Hotel has an "older" or perhaps "vintage" vibe to it. Great location.
Pleasent stay
10.0Room was very clean. Beds are comfy. Staff was polite. Morning breakfest was good and pleanty to choose from.. eggs, pancakes, french toast, potatoes, sausage, breads, pastries, bagels, juices, tea, coffee. Room was nothing fancy but not bad - had everything you needed. Fridge, micro, coffeemaker- Roomy & clean. Loved the shower head. Would def. Stay again. Nice and close for a concert or the mall.
Excellent hotel and excellent value for money
10.0Excellent value for money hotel. Staff very friendly, rooms very spacious and the beds are super comfortable. Bathroom is a good size with hot water at any time of the day. The free shuttle bus to Secaucus Junction train station is a god send and saves you lots of money. There is an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities in the room with a fridge. My suggestion would be to bring your own teabags if you are travelling from the UK as the US teabags are not to my taste ( I’m a Yorkshire Tea kind of fella ). A little tip would be not to bring $100 bills as not many places like taking the benjamins, so bring 50’s or even better 20’s. The journey into Penn Station from hotel to station takes about 30 minutes from door to door, but download the NJ Transit app and purchase you’re tickets before you leave for the station as this can take a while once you are at the station. We used the hotel phone number and zip code to create accounts, also check the train times before you leave this will save you waiting in the station.

6.0Good parking lot, I found it quickly.
− When checking out, the staff was rude, I would say even rude, we couldn't rest since 7 am they were cleaning the roof, when we asked the staff why it was so early or couldn't it be later, they didn't answer anything, they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. The breakfast was very bad. They called the room at 10:10 so that we wouldn't forget to check out. We won't go back there again.
