Breakfast Service Failure

The front desk staff were professional, the hotel facilities met my expectations, and the room was clean and well maintained. However, the breakfast experience was by far the biggest disappointment of our stay. The breakfast area was poorly organized. There was no staff managing the queue or guiding guests to their tables, leaving everyone confused about where to wait. I experienced the same lack of organization again later while waiting for the hotel shuttle in the lobby. After being seated, the previous guests’ dirty dishes and leftover food remained on the table for an extended period, and no one came to clear it. When I asked to order fried eggs and an omelet, the staff member insisted he couldn’t take my order because I didn’t know my table number. My table was right beside him, but it still hadn’t been fully cleared, so I couldn’t even find the table number. Instead of helping, he spoke impatiently and simply repeated that without a table number, he couldn’t do anything. What disappointed me most was not the mistake itself, but the complete lack of initiative, empathy, and problem-solving throughout the entire experience.

− We reserved in Hyatt thinking that we will have like other 5 stars hotel a great experience but it was the totally opposite. Everything started when we entered our bedroom , there was a very strong smell coming from the AC system and the humidity level was not normal and not acceptable(can’t dry your swimming suit after a full day )We informed the hotel to do something the time we were outside for dinner and them solution was to use a chemical spray to make it smell better which was worst and removed the smell for 5 min. Then the day after , 20 min to get a table for the breakfast which is also not normal at all for this kind of hotel. Everyday you need to wait , it was not an exception. Which is very sad because the breakfast is amazing …. Then we spent the day in the swimming pool where everyone is putting towel on the beds to reserved it even if it is prohibited but the people working there are not doing anything to avoid it. We were forced to go in the grass were my wife and kid got baited my mosquitos after 2 min there. Then luckily got some beds close to the pool wither this small tables full of birds poop (no one came to clean it during from 12:00 to 17:00). And for our last night there , I don’t how but there was those small lizard (cute when outside) and spiders in our room. Next morning due to the high humidity , we were all sick and this how we reach our limit point … After this we decided to move to another hotel .

Hotel og personale gør det godt.

− Poolen er lækker, men trænger efterhånden til lidt renovering ved klinker/ fuger mv. Selvom værelset vi boede på var fint, så bar det præg af mange gæster, og en ekstra grundig rengøring noget oftere tror jeg på vil trække oplevelsen op. - Ovenstående trak lidt ned, også selvom hoteller selvfølgelig bliver brugt.

− Wiebke jeder Hotel ist da mal etwas aber alles extrem schnell und gut verholfen!

Das Hotel ist fantastisch: *tolle, große Zimmer; sehr sauber *sehr schöne, grüne Anlage direkt am Strand *sehr schöner und großer Pool *tolles Frühstück (thailändisch und europäisch) sowie mehrere sehr gute Restaurants *wirklich kinderfreundlich *die Mitarbeiter waren außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit *checkin/checkout unkompliziert und schnell *neben dem Hotel ist ein wirklich beeindruckender Spa (gehört zum Hotel) *viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten

− Es gab nichts negatives.
