Avoid and find another place, hot tub, pool bathroom/showers failed.
4.0This place has been a very disappointing Vaction Jan-Feb, room is great, amenities/maintenance is horrible, only 1 hot tub working, the other has been down 3 times with it still down over 2 weeks. The pool was scheduled Nov-Dec to be done and we are in Feb with no true date given. Then the elevator for floor 14 would not work, the button failed for over a week, now they just took both bathrooms and showers down. This place needs to have some serious maintenance done. I would avoid as many people here have canceled or are saying they will not return as every year there have been pool, hot tub issues.

8.0Needed more instructions for refrigerator (ice maker was off and hard to find switch no reference book to look up) more instructions for tv 3 remotes ???? We are in our 70s and need these instructions..

8.0Condo rooms need ceiling fans in them, woke up sweating in the night. The sliding doors to the patio in 1402A needs worked on, it kept coming off the track. Overall I was happy with the condo
