− Not enough for kids to do and water park not that big and not enough pools
Dirty, then nice, but stressful
6.0It is a nice resort overall, however brenda at the desk was rude, inconsiderate, and downright mean.
− The villa was filthy!!!!!!!! We spent the first 4 or 5 hours of our vacation cleaning, washing sheets, sweeping and mopping. Also the front desk lost our reservation, but then after 20 minutes found it. Brenda at the front desk was the rudest person I've ever dealt with at a hotel!!!!!!!! She needs to be fired When I finally said to her ....should I cancel my five thousand dollar stay here? She literally said I should do whatever I want because she don't care!!! Also we had a day planned for the water park, on entering the water park area we found out the slides and pool connected to them were closed! Felt ripped off!!! Also we were visiting friends in the Hilton on property and got stuck in the elevator twice, management acted like i was an alien when I complained about any of these matters and just blew me off! 5000 dollars and stuff was not clean , water park not open, rude service, and scary elevators

10.0Restaurants, pool and villas are in walking distance. There is a shopping center and an outlet nearby. Location is great. Staff were friendly, the hotel and amenties are very family oriented. We would recommend staying here!

4.0The walk to the beach from the hotel.
− The room is very outdated. It must be a room for storage because the closet had 2 vacuums in it. The beds were not comfortable and while running the water in the shower, dirt was coming out from under the white part against the wall in the bathtub.
