Excellent location for a family stay!
10.0This was our second stay here, and we will definitely be back! Excellent location across the road from the beach, and being able to store rental surfboards with the concierge was very helpful. The room was perfect for a family group of all ages. So relaxing, sitting on the balcony, watching the turtles on the reef and then going swimming with them (no need to pay for a snorkeling tour!). Pop practically next door to stock up on essentials at the ABC store, or Kai Coffee (an essential morning ritual). Loved being able to use the bbq area by the pool for a different family dinner, and the gym was well presented.

Nice view and helpful staff
6.0We stayed on the 23 floor. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was outdated. One leg on bed was broken. Bed mattress was uncomfortable. Privacy door would not work. Drapes looked to be dry rotted with holes and tears in them. Not enough outlets for phones to charge. TV was very small and could not see well when on the couch. Kitchen was nice and clean, but rest of room seemed like a motel 6. Very disappointed in condition of bedroom for the price. View was great of the beach though
