6.0Location vs price is exceptional. Size of room was good. Having a kitchenette was great.
− Overall condition of the room was very mediocre. Tub and tile were reglazed at some point and are now pealing. Bathroom very small. Cabinets in kitchenette dirty, water swollen and peeling.

8.0Nice location as walking distance to Waikīkī beach;-) Front desk staffs are all nice. There was washing machine in the hotel.
− Room was not cleaned when I checked in. 2nd day there was issue with the shower, no hot water, no announcement.

4.0− Room was pretty dated, partial ocean view was laughable, and there was a homeless man loitering by the elevators. At check-out, the employee was mad I did not return beach towels when I had never checked them out. Parking was also very limited and tight. I wanted this as a budget option and wish I had coughed up the extra money for a nicer place.
