− No elevator. Nobody to help you with your luggage. The carpet in the hall has a bad smell and is full of stains. There is only one little table for 2 people during breakfast time

2.0OMG - Don't even think about staying here. The rooms are filthy. Door to bathroom didn't close right. My SO is a retired fireman and he went around the room and said "this isn't up to fire code", "this isn't up to fire code", "this isn't up to fire code" and coincidentally about an hour later the fire alarm goes off. The fire department didn't show up so they must not be attached to the police station to summons the fire department. Very disconcerting because someone is going to get hurt, or even worse if they don't address their problem.
Pitiful , glad it was just one night before travelling to Whittier for a cruise.
1.0The shuttle bus from the airport to the accommodation was appreciated.
− The accommodation was called "America's Best Value" supposedly 3 star accommodation well I hate to think what America's Worse Value would look like. The place was something out of a horror movie set. The foyer smelt of rotting fruit, the carpets were stained and I mean really stained black. The furniture in our room looked like it had been collected from a street disposal pickup. The bathroom was chipped enamel bath. The place looked as if it was built in the 1940's and nothing had been done with it since. We did not have breakfast as we did not trust the hygiene. All this cost us the same kind of money we had paid in Canada for true 3-4 star accommodation.

Horrible hotel
1.0Not one single thing. It was disgusting.
− Our driver that picked us up had been drinking. The lobby smelled of piss and cigarettes. Our room smelled the same. The walls had holes. Our room was nothing like your website advertised. We slept in our clothes because we were sure the sheets were dirty. The bathtub was dirty.
