It was everything I was looking for in this vacation.
10.0Excellent private access to the beach. Resort fee included chairs and umbrella. Suite was very clean and spacious. Staff was attentive. The two bathrooms was a nice surprise. Laundry in the suite was great. Shuttle drivers Ismael and Raymond were awesome.

This is the second time we have stayed here this year and the grounds and the pool wasn't really clean this time and
7.0The view and it has 2 bathrooms and the kitchenette was nice to have also
− The pool was really dirty Friday and Saturday and the pool area wasn't clean either we went down to the Don Cesar were the 2 pools were nice and clean and the grounds were very well kept and the beds were broke down we slept at the foot of the beds and the room needs new pillows
A seamless yet efficient vacation.
10.0Hands down the greatest choice we made in regards to our stay and the location. The hotel was accommodating from the get-go and took care of every need that we needed. The suite was more than an advertised. And most of all the shuttle service was simply clutch. The driver Mr Raymond, was exceptionally well in regards to being informative about where to eat and where to go as well as often great suggestions. He was always on time and aware of the time that you would be in any particular location to make sure he got back to get to you to make sure you're safe. We will be doing this again.
A perfect beach getaway for our family!
9.0The room was perfect for our family of 4! We had a garden and pool view room, but it was also a great view of the ocean. The hotel is beautiful and welcoming. We loved the bar/restaurant and live band!
− Our fridge was broken. We stocked it full when we got there and noticed as the day went on it did not seem very cold. We ended up having to throw everything out. We informed the front desk and it was replaced right away. Other than that, no complaints at all!

10.0Amazing location, service, rooms, and access to the Don!! The shuttle was so convenient and gave us easy access to everything the Don has to offer. Raymond was such a safe, sweet and expedient driver while I was with my two young boys!
