10.0Clean, great breakfast and wonderful service from all who work there, we will return to visit. Very convenient for our family while visiting Eglin AFB, it was only 10 minutes from museum and gates.
The hotel was not 100 percent ready. We had issues with door lock, AC and the pool was not open.
7.0The breakfast was very good but, the breast aft was excellent! She was friendly, kind and attentive!
I have stayed in many Hampton Inns and they have always been clean and above average. I am seriously unhappy that I was
2.0Nothing! It was awful…total disarray, it looked like a horror hotel, inside and out! Renovating interior and exterior and should have closed for renovations.
− The hotel was undergoing renovations and should be closed…the exterior was covered in scaffolding and the inside was torn apart. Carpets were covered in dry wall, scribbling room numbers on dry wall…I would have never booked a room knowing the hotel was under renovation.
