5.0The bed was nice and comfortable, room was always clean. Receiptionists were all with a smile and always trying to help.
− limited facilities, not much to do in hotel. the area only had just few restaurants nearby. i had to travel minimum 15-20 minutes with a taxi every time i wanted to do or see something. wi-fi was very weak always during my stay. breakfast was always the same, same options. nice if you stay 1-2 nights only. not a large variety. also i had to buy an adaptor at x10 the value at the reception.

1.0− Disappointing. A hotel that is far from professional. We were kept waiting in the lobby for 2 hours with a young child. Although the check-in time was 14:00 , we arrived at the hotel at 22:30 PM (8 hours after check-in time), and despite this, we could not get into our room for 2 hours due to their computer system not working. Even though there were other vacant rooms available, we were not given one. As if that wasn't enough, they demanded an extra ridiculous fee of 2 Euros during payment. The fault lies not with the hotel staff, but with the management. I definitely do not recommend it. The hotel does not live up to its name.
