The room was clean and I liked the design of the interior of this hotel .

− The person from the front desk ( a man ) gives us the keys to our room and we went 2 times to try to enter and the key didn’t open the room , 3rd time he “activated “ the key and when we entered there was people inside. To mention we drove out of state and I didn’t feel good and after all the 3rd time we entered in “our “ room where there was people already. The front desk person just said “sorry “ and done , are you serious ? Could offer something to comfort my stress from going 2 times to the room and 3rd time in a someone else’s room.

The only thing really was the air conditioner unit was noisy- it wasn’t the new style of central air- but everything else was great.

Tisztának tűnt, nem volt vele gond, de a találkozásunk a csótánnyal elrontotta az élményt.

A személyzet kedves volt, először mondták, hogy küldenek takarítót, de mikor mi másik szobát kértünk azt is megoldották. Végül kicsekkoltunk és másik hotelben szálltunk meg. Azt nem ajánlották fel, hogy ne fizessük ki az első éjszakát. A bookingtól még várjuk a lemondás miatti visszatérítést, de ez nem a szállás vagy a személyzet hibája.

− Az első reggelen egy 10cm-es csótányt találtunk a fürdőben ami aztán kimászott és a szobában a plafonon szaladgált. Azonnal kértünk másik szobát, de végül úgy döntöttünk, hogy nem maradunk a szálláson. A személyzet kedves volt és a szoba is tiszta volt, de ez a tapasztalat sajnos az egész élményt elrontotta. Nem tudom mennyire jellemző ez, lehet, hogy csak nekünk volt balszerencsénk és még sosem fordult elő. Mindenesetre a másik szállodában nem volt ilyen problémánk...

The facility was nice and clean

− I was very disappointed with my experience regarding housekeeping during my stay. At approximately 9:00 a.m., housekeeping knocked on our door only once and then entered our room while we were still in bed resting. This was a complete invasion of our privacy and made us feel very uncomfortable. I even asked the housekeeper if it was standard protocol to enter a guest’s room without first verifying whether the guest had checked out or waiting for a response after knocking. I immediately reported the incident to the front desk and requested to speak with the manager. The front desk associate informed me that the manager, whom I believe was named Johnathan, would contact me regarding the matter. I am still waiting for that phone call. To make matters worse, when we checked out, the front desk associate approached the manager about our concern while we were standing there. Rather than acknowledging us or taking a moment to speak with us, he acted as though we did not exist. I understand that mistakes can happen, but entering an occupied room without receiving a response and then failing to follow up with a guest’s complaint is unacceptable. I expected better communication, respect for our privacy, and a timely response from management. I hope this matter is taken seriously so future guests do not have a similar experience.
