− Coffee shop hours are advertised at opening at 6am. Wasn't open until nearly 6:30.

− First of all when it’s windy, the umbrellas need to be put away by the pool. One umbrella pole fell on my head while trying to lounge. I still have a bump. Second of all, security approached me at my hotel room door in an unprofessional manner. He didn’t identify himself at all and he made me feel unsafe as he was yelling that I would have to leave the property if I play music on a Saturday at 5 or 6 PM. He was so rude. I would never stay here again. Also, fan in bathroom did not work or there was none.

− The room was dirty, and the bathroom was full of hairs. The sink was clogged. I purchased a charcuterie meal for $20 and the crackers were old and fluffy.
