− 1-The receptionist was urgent and not friendly at all 2- The rooms were advertised as 55sq m but had a very low sealing which meant movement inside the rooms were restricted and the rain when it falls you can hear every drop falling on your head 3- The hotel says it is 5 stars but it is run as 2 stars. Hardly any amenities in the rooms and shower. In the breakfast they serve fake orange juice and honey with limited choices for again a 5 stars hotel. 4- No one to assist you if you have multiple bags and you happen to have a back injury tough luck!
