6.0Check-in abysmal!!! We let them know we would be arriving around 7.30 after our flight from Auckland. Unable to gain access. After hours buzzer wasn't working and nor was the after hours phone no. that just rung unanswered!!! Fortunately a member of the team happened to turn up not related to us and was able to access the key box. I've read other similar reviews. Entirely unacceptable. Our view was of the car park and an alley with bins that were overflowing!!! Only basic TV channels. The cafe was closed the entire time but thankfully there were places close by. On a positive note, we had a very nice welcome pack including a bottle of wine and it was very clean and very close to Albert Park for the GP. Four star it's not.

Lovely hotel, but the hallways give the vibe of one of those dodgy 'B-grade movie' motels!
8.0Lovely rooms, but the hallways, including the wall paint and the carpets are dingy and give off the vibe of one of those dodgy motels you see in 1980's B-grade movies. I'm not sure if they're about the paint the walls, but there are patches near the floor area, plus the carpets are really dirty. It's such a shame, as the actual rooms are lovely. Yes, the bathrooms and kitchenettes are tired, but clean. It's just those horrible hallways....

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
You must show a valid credit card upon check in. The person checking in must be at least 18 years of age and show a valid photo ID. Both the credit card and photo ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.
