9.0We booked for the (pool) slide, but we'll go back for the breakfast! The lady who runs breakfast--Jo--was so wonderful! She clearly cares about feeding people. The breakfast bar was well stocked, even to the end of breakfast, and she was sincerely kind. We've stayed at a lot of similar places and have never been treated so well! The hotel also keeps iced lemon water and tea out and available.
This place is a dump!
1.0Breakfast was okay.
− The room smelled like mold. The shower didn't work. The TV didn't work. There were no trash cans in the room. The property is located on a noisy street.
Pleased with the stay, felt like a safe enough location and far off I-70

− Fine place to stay, little thing that would have been nice is a soap holder, washcloth holder in shower. It looked like remodeling was happening and forgot a couple tiny things like that.

9.0We loved all the 4th of July decorations! They really did it up! The staff did a wonderful job at making us feel welcomed. All of the staff were kind. That says a lot for the leadership at this location.
