− Al acudir al Bar del Faro primero nos dieron una hora de acceso por servicio previo de socios, pero al subir el del bar nos dijo que media hora después y así en 2 ocasiones, entonces mejor ya no acudimos. En ese caso mejor no permitir el acceso y avisar, para no estar dando vuelta.

5.0La atención del personal de restaurante es excelente (Lucia, Gabriel y Jesús), la comida del chef Orlando, es deliciosa y su atención increíble, compensa la mala experiencia del hotel
− Lejos de ser all inclusive, cuenta con restricciones con costos extras, carece de actividades, el menú es muy corto, los horarios para adquirir los alimentos igual son cortos (no es libre ). El precio muy elevado con una calidad muy baja, las habitaciones poco cómodas. Las promociones que mencionan en sus páginas cuantan con restricciones que no mencionan y al final pagas un costo más elevado que lo que mencionan en sus promociones Incluso mi reservacion era con vista a la playa y en realidad cuenta con vista al hotel de enseguida y entre paredes se ve una minina de playa
