Almost felt like we could be at home, the employees were awesome and the other custstomers were cool

− My bed was sunken in so bad you'd think Gilbert Grape's mom died in it.

4.0− One and only elevator was out of order. Large dip in the floor in the room that was a hazard. Door keys deactivated almost immediately after being made.

2.0Ms. Gigi at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, she was very welcoming and knowledgeable.
− There was a dirty towel still on the floor next to the bed, I’m assuming from the previous guest. My door was slightly unhinged from the door and therefore didn’t close all the way unless I grabbed and lifted the door while pushing it closed. My counter was being held together with duct tape. My sheets were stained, and the pillows still had hair on them from previous guests. The parking lot was small and badly lit, I feared for my safety.
