10.0Delightful, helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Beautifully clean. We looked onto the road and square but the hotel is set back from the quiet road and there was no traffic noise. Good location for the coach station. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and local shops nearby. Less than half an hour walk to Parliament Square,
