6.0The hotel is in need of updating which is in progress. Nice people. Great breakfast. But rooms are not clean. Peeling ceilings and dirty carpets. Kitchen chairs need replaced. We ended up leaving early and hotel would not refund anything.

8.0The wall mounted toilet paper holder fell out of the wall. There was a rather large roach on the wall. The Bifold door on the closet is partially broken. The shower head and the towel rack which should be chrome both are very rusty and should be replaced. In the hallway there are large stains in the carpet. The lobby and the receptionist at front desk was very nice.
