− A alimentação deixa a desejar comparado a outros hotéis do mesmo nível. Os drinks são muito ruins feitos com refrigerante tipo Sprite e muito gelo. Para se comer pratos melhores é necessário pagar a parte do All inclusive
Vacaciones en el paraíso
10.0Si estás dudando, vete a este. Sus trabajadores hacen que el hotel sea un 10, Piedad, Ángel, Samuel, Fernando, Pablo, etc...están a tu lado para cada necesidad. Higinio te ayuda a controlar la zona de hamacas. Siempre están pendientes de todo. La cocina es increíble, e insuperable. Sus restaurantes gratuitos son de un nivel Michelin. 3 zonas de piscina , zona para niños. Transporte gratis a Royal Cancún (al lado ferry Isla mujeres). Brenda te explica cada detalle a tu llegada del hotel y está pendiente de tu estancia para que no te falte nada. Si no reservaste aún excursiones que te atienda Jesús en la agencia de viajes. Un profesional intachable con una dedicación total. No lo dudes, ve aquí.
− Todo Cancún está teniendo un problema de sargazo importante. Están trabajando en ello y cada día adecuan la playa, pero depende del día puede estar más o menos bonito. Hay que mejorar el baño, pero la habitación es una casa entera. En España hay casas mucho más pequeñas. Aquí tienen de todo.
