Superb team and very nice and spacious room
10.0The hotel’s team were super nice and accommodating. The hotel room was spacious and clean and they cleaned the room and made the bed everyday. The snacks and water from floor 2 minibar was very nice for my daughters. The laundry room was right next to our room and it was super useful and easy to use it, with reasonable price either. We can’t wait the renovation will take place and we will definitely come back to visit again it the future. Huge love from Israel 🇮🇱❤️
− The toilet was pretty old and its flushing was problematic. One air conditioner in the bedroom was not cooling properly and even though a maintenance guy was in the room twice to fix it, it still didn’t work great and it had to be turned off and on all the time in order to keep working.

Due passi da Manhattan ma lontana dal caos
9.0Posizione ottima, lontana dal caos di Manhattan ma allo stesso tempo strategica per raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni sia a piedi che con poche fermate di metro. La camera era spaziosa e confortevole ed il rapporto Qualità-Prezzo ottimo (considerando i prezzi di New York). Staff sempre gentile, sorridente e servizievole. Ottima anche la fornitura di ombrelli in caso di pioggia. In pratica, la struttura ha tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno durante un soggiorno.
− Se devo proprio trovare un difetto, direi che la moquette è ormai un tipo di arredamento obsoleto che si potrebbe eliminare.

9.0Fantastic location, many good restaurants nearby and yet very quiet. Very friendly staff, especially Luc who recommended good restaurants and high line park to us! And Catherine, who helped us with Fedex arrangements.

Charming and cozy, but a little dated hotel
9.0Friendly staff, great location, nice room (actually, 2 rooms in one apart). Quite comfortable laundry self-service (that was important for us as we had been travelling for a while before staying in Beacon Hotel). Really good place nearby for breakfast!
