− The facilities itself while clean but was expecting to be more modern and the cupboards were creaky cannot closed properly.

3.0− I arrived late and let the hotel know to which they said okay but there was no explanation as to when their service starts such as it starts at 6 am I arrived late tired and jet lagged Tina was the staff I was trying to understand her translation and explaining my story to which she was getting frustrated and later told her manager who spike aggressively.
