1.0− The fact that we had a two day reservation but had booked for the wrong first day caused us to lose both days subsequently finding ourselves in Thunder Bay without a room. The desk clerk was awesome and helpful by referring us to the Prince Arthur 😱 🤮. We took the Prince Arthur room despite the condition and can't believe royalty once stayed there 😳.
Long day driving and staff was excellent recommended excellent restaurant
9.0Very clean and modern
− I liked everything
Small toilets but comfy beds. Would stay again,
8.0The beds were incredibly comfortable. Probably the best bed I’ve slept in at a hotel in years.
− The bathrooms are quite small. The room was also a little small compared to sister hotel super 8.
Not bad
8.0It was a fine stay. Just wished they had an elevator. I had to have the front desk clerk help me carry stuff up to my room as I have some disabilities and couldn’t carry my heavier items. Everyone was friendly and the free waffles and continental breakfast was an added treat. There were a few little cleaning issues, like mold around the bathtub, broken tiles that trap dirt, but overall, not a bad place to stay. Next time I will book a first floor room.
You can survive with some improvisation.
5.0Sparce - limited choice - very clean - same muffins out for 3 days…
− There wasn’t any place to hang or put anything… The hotel was an obvious makeover - pant - flooring - hand pumped soap - no bar soap.
Clean but not quiet and staff could be better and not racist
4.0Easy access
− I think some of the staff could be better towards indigenous people especially to this young lady working the front in the morning on July 8th 2026 She was quite rude and ignorant towards people of colour especially idigenous people
