10.0We love the location. Great decor in the rooms. Love the coffee station with the water and goodies. Great special deals, excellent for parking and it's also dog friendly. What's not to love?

Sehr stimmungsvolles Ambiente, das den Gast ein wenig ins kultivierte Dublin vergangener Zeiten eintauchen lässt.

− Es war relativ laut in der Nacht (Straßenlärm) und das Zimmer war trotz Upgrade auf ein größeres sehr klein.

Lovely Guesthouse, missing a few tricks
8.0The guesthouse was stunning in way of decor. Links from the airport via aircraft were great and easy to access. Although our room was small ( we did book small ), it was very pleasant and spacious enough for the two of us. We were at the back of the property, which was very quiet. The staff on reception were friendly and professional. There was tea, coffee and water available all day in the lobby.
− We would have appreciated tea & coffee making facilities in our room. However, in reflection, it states nowhere in the room description these are offered, so admittedly an oversight on our part. However, we feel when paying for a room with 4 stars, this facility should be a available. It wasn't very convenient having to go downstairs to the lobby on a morning just to have a coffee before breakfast. We were also told there would be pastries available, however, there were a greedy group from overseas staying who hogged all the pastries before anyone else got a look in, they didn't seem to be replenished enough for the other guests. Although our room was pleasant enough for our duration, we only had half a window, a mirror placed above to give the illusion of a full window. There was an open bag if sweets on the shelves which hosted the minibar. We told reception so we wouldn't be charged. If you like your room cleaning every day, you may need to ask. Only our bins were emptied during our 4 night stay. The price we paid was quite a bit, so expected a bit more for our money. The toilet flush took ages to stop ( found a tweak to stop it ). Some of the decor was patched up, skirting missing in places. The walk to the centre was further than anticipated, but it was a very nice area, about 30 minutes walk from the centre, so not too bad.

10.0Excelente todo una casa antigua hermosa y perfectamente mantenida , personal muy amable y la habitacion suite que tomamos muy hermosa todo perfecto, tiene estacionamiento sin cargo esta en zona de embajadas un poco retirado del centro pero muy bien y perfecto para descansar zona muy buena gracias !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Small (maximum 15 kg), domesticated dogs that are trained and well behaved are welcome. A limited number of pet friendly rooms are available and guests should contact the property well in advance to avoid disappointment.
A pet fee of EUR 40 per night will be applied to your daily rate. A food/water bowl can be provided on request, but guests are kindly requested to bring their own pet food. Dogs are not permitted in the Breakfast Room & Lobby areas. It is not permitted to leave the dog alone in the rooms, except while having breakfast in the morning. Veterinary care can be arranged through the Front Desk if required.
