I was very disappointed in the services provided and felt very disrespected.

− The toilet was not flushing and the front desk attendant refused to move me to another room when I requested. I expressed my inconvenience, but he refused to apologize stating “I will not apologize for your inconvenience” and worked away. I was not moved to another room until the following day 17 July 2026 after reporting the to the hotel manager who was very kind and apologized for my inconvenience and promised not to charge me for my first day of stay. Hours after moving to the new room in the evening, I discovered the electrical outlets where not functioning and I could not change my phone and hearing aid. I had to go out to my car to charge my devices. I reported the issue to the front desk attendant and he told me that the electrician was not on duty. This stay was my worst hotel experience. Also my request to change my bedsheets was ignored too.
