2.0Did not stay. When I arrived there was a sign on the door that said they no longer booked nightly only monthly rentals.

2.0When I arrived at this hotel, I found out that they no longer operate as a hotel. They have been purely residential for many months and should NOT be listed on Expedia as a hotel. I was left to find another place to stay for the night at the last minute, and because of this ended up paying much more for the night.

2.0The property was sold to a new owner. The old owner still has the property on Expedia, but you will not have a room when you arrive. The new owners use it for long stay rental, starting at one month. They do not have a license for short stays and cannot and will not honer reservations made through Expedia. Expedia should have removed this property long ago, as similar comments have been made before and the property seem to have changed ownership a year ago already.
Do not book, they don't do overnight stays.
2.0It has been closed to overnight guests since last October. I only found this out when I arrived last night. They should be removed from your site.

2.0They do not rent rooms by the day, only by the month. There was NO check in. We drove around for 2 hours trying to find a room!
