− Me cobraram 01 diária de cada quarto só Para dormir. Não resolveram meu problema , cheguei às 2h e não tinha ninguém para ajudar com as malas.

− Limpeza do quarto (frigobar com bastante sujeira) e estado de conservação geral do hotel (elevadores com problemas, ducha de banho vazando e sem pressão, hotel no geral demonstra necessidade de manutenção)
