8.0Ease to downtown and train station.
− Our room card was only programmed for two nights and not three. Luckily, we got in from Seward just before 11pm and were able to sort it out. Staff friendly.
Very nice hotel walking distance to downtown
8.0Well-maintained hotel close to downtown. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful by letting me store my luggage because I arrived early and do a late check-out the next day.

Disappointed
6.0− The bath tub for the shower was extremely slippery. There were no safety grabs or anything to grab to prevent falling. The advertising for breakfast was misleading in that one had to buy a $15 ticket to consume what was an offering similar to you would get at motel 6. Upon checking the computer system and phone system were inoperative. We had to come back later to get a room. I would not stay there again.
Stayed as part of cruise, Denali, Fairbanks, all Alaska trip.

− Static electricity build-up. I was getting shocked by everything. The absolute worst shocks.
