Really great hotel if traveling with pets!
10.0This hotel is great if traveling with your pet! They even offer bowls and a pet bed if you need them! We’ve stayed here twice with our dog and it’s been great both times! Friendly staff, room service and comfortable beds.
− Was not able to get the AC unit to adjust properly. A complimentary breakfast would be a great addition!

Pleasant stay overall but probably could work on the check in process a bit better.
7.0The property was nicer than anticipated. The pictures are what you get. The property was clean and kept up well. The pool was nice along with the gym. Staff was nice overall. Food at the restaurant is delicious for hotel food.
− Hard to communicate if you don’t know much Spanish.I didn’t like that I was double charged for my booking,but was resolved in a timely manner. I also wasn’t given any instruction on how the breakfast worked upon booking and when I asked they were clueless and said I didn’t have breakfast included with my booking. I had to get my booking info and show proof that I had it. I was only comped for one day.
