− First at all..the request wasn't done..I wanted a little view..that wasn't done..I was down stairs facing the gym room..

− המים בבריכה לא היו מחוממים מספיק ולא אפשרו שחיה אחר הצהריים כשהתקרר. היחס של פקיד הקבלה בצ׳ק אין היה גבולי.
