1.0Clean rooms, no pests
− Front desk agent extremely rude, constantly harassing me via phone calls and putting DNR notices under my door that she was not allowed to do based on her position. Only gave 1 room key and charged $10 for an additional key or lockout when I mistakenly left my 1 key in the room. Agent lied about our interactions and fabricated false info and paperwork to try to get me DNR(DO NOT RENT)
