Fabulous, enjoyable and relaxing. Beds so comfortable
10.0Breakfast was delicious but not all trays were full and had to wait. And the plates were too hot to hold without napkins. Need more coffee machines as long queue so breakfast going cold.
Fine but not to standard
6.0Our booked Tower Suite was reallocated where we had this booked way in advance. Room clean and tidy but the whole place looked ‘Tired’

5.0Staff were lovely. It was very clean and comfortable.
− The walls are very thin between rooms. We were kept awake by the couple next door! I also had looked on the website and it had said you could use the spa facilities until 11 am when you checked out. As we only arrived into to go the function we were attending I didn’t bring swimming costumes etc. when we arrived the lady on reception said we could use the facilities for as long as we wanted on the Sunday. This was very disappointing as we could have used more of the facilities had this been made clear on the spa website.
It’s all about the staff
8.0I have spent several nights at the Park Royal. My last stay was made special by the reception of Victoria when arriving at the hotel. Thank you Viktoria!
Special birthday treat
10.0Hotel and staff very welcoming, spoke to Victoria after I booked to organise something special for my friends birthday she did a super job even sorted the room I liked (have stayed at the hotel a few times always very positive) Room comfortable very clean, lovely view from balcony. Evening meal and breakfast were delicious could not fault it 😋 We had a spa experience it was wonderful and relaxing thank you Amy (Will be doing that again)

Children are welcome to use the swimming pool. However, please be aware there are specific times children can use the pool and children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
