2.0The hotel was a bit on the rundown side. I asked the front desk if i could get an extra pillow and was responded with " I'll see of i can find any" amd i never heard from them.

2.0Customer service terrible, not hot water, the matters were dirty
Horrible!
2.0The first thing we saw was that the room had 3 lights but only 1 had a light bulb. Floor was not swept. Bathroom FILTHY. Looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. Floor was sticky and had a pile of trash stuck to it behind the door. Sheets stained. Only 2 towels and 1 wash cloth for three of us and they were stained with dark splotches. My daughter had to go and buy towels because the front desk told us they didn’t have more. Bathtub wouldn’t drain. Toilet broke on morning of second day and it took them 10 hours to send someone to fix it. Granddaughter found a bug in the bed with her. I have traveled all over the country and Overall it was the worst motel stay of my life!!!!

4.0When I checked in the guy was very rude because I couldn’t hear him through the window that had no holes or anything to get sound throw. And then the place is ran down and very dirty. None of the outlets worked in the room and the bathroom was so dirty and dark you could barely see and not see enough to shower. The tiles and shower fixtures were broken and cracked. No soap to wash your hands and only toilet paper left over from whoever stayed before.
