8.0− They charged me by the day to leave my car in the parking lot. Most charge nightly. When I called to have the shuttle bus to pick us up the lady was rude and told me to catch a cab back. I didn't like that. Also her accent was so deep I'm not sure she understood all English.

7.0The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, and it was great to have a refrigerator available. The staff were also proactive and happy to help us find solutions whenever we had a question. We really appreciated that. The swimming pool was another big plus and was a lovely place to relax. Nearby bus stop.
− The only disappointment was the airport shuttle. We chose this hotel because we understood that it offered a shuttle service to and from the airport, where there is also a metro station. When we arrived, we found out that the shuttle was not intended for that purpose. Fortunately, the staff were very helpful and looked for a solution. If there was space in the shuttle when other guests were going to the airport, we were welcome to join them, which we really appreciated. The only other minor issue was that the hot tub was not working during our stay. A bit of a long way to the centre of Chicago by public transport when you can’t use the shuttlebus or don’t want to spend money on taxi’s.
