− Not being able to open a window, which made the room very stuffy. The pillows were too soft.

10.0The hotel was outstanding in every aspect. Check in was a breeze and the room was massive and immaculate throughout. Most importantly, the quiet nature of the room lended to a good nights rest especially with the blackout curtains. The room service was excellent and breakfast was also very good. I would stay here again without hesitation even though it is a short distance from the main highway.
