9.0Le cadre est superbe, la chambre spacieuse, la piscine très appréciable pour se délasser après une longue journée sur Florence. Le personnel était très gentil et serviable.

− La jeune femme qui a fait le check-in n'a pas souri une seule fois. On a l'impression de la déranger ! La douche est petite. Petit déjeuner pas top. C'était juste deux nuits avant de repartir donc cet hôtel faisait bien le job. Je n'y aurais pas passé mes vacances !
