Good til last night.
3.0− Been over a month since left still no sign of refund or explanation. We were in #8 and they put a bunch of eventually drunk college or high school students in #7. Little sleep night before left. They didn't listen at all and were mocking. I called 0 no answer then the motel number on the booking sheet still no answer. Never got a response from them. The room was pretty nice especially for the price. Cleaning staff was courteous and patient. Management was unresponsive when really needed. Where's my refund?
For a fair price I did what I needed to do but I wouldn’t book it for a long term or boujie trip
4.0They allowed me to check in early and the staff was nice. The room was clean.
− No ice machine. No soda machine. Pool didn’t look swim friendly. A little outdated with the green carpet and AC. Paid for an extended hour 45 minutes into the manager was knocking on the door saying they needed to clean the room.

− The environment is horrible. My first room didn’t come with toilet paper towels.

− This property was outdated, dirty, holes in walls and doors, and dusty inside the rooms. Oh, and they have bed bugs.

− A lot of homeless people, drug addicts, and in a terrible location. There was an overdose at 3am. There was constant traffic to one specific drug dealing room and addicts doing drugs in the bushes.
