Not worth staying for 1 night. It will only be enjoyable if you can afford 2 or more nights.
6.0I loved everything about the property but was sad to see all the couples spa appointments were booked for days out.
− I did not like that there was no bath tub in our room. Also: Check in time is at 3pm while check out time is 11am. I paid for 1 night’s stay so that felt like a poor deal for how much I spent. I wish check in was earlier or check out later. Otherwise, it’s not worth it for only 1 night’s stay.
A wonderful getaway
10.0We visit the Sanctuary every few months for a relaxing getaway. The staff is exceptional and the amenities are very nice. The bed in the room is very comfortable and the views are unmatched,

− As a microwave and sink provided would make sense to also have some basic crockery and cutlery provided - these were made available on request.

Relaxing but room for operational improvement
8.0I think for the price, the resort can do a little better coordinating the check in and check out process to have rooms ready and available for late check out. The suite is beautiful overall, only thing is that for two nights the shower was very slow to drain. Also, housekeeping did not refill toiletries so ran out of body wash and it felt like a process to get a refill in our suite.

Sanctuary Beach Resort requires a one night room and tax deposit to guarantee your room upon booking. If canceled properly according to cancellation policy, this deposit will be refunded.
