10.0We've stayed at a number of Super 8s over the years, so we thought we knew what to expect, but this place OVER delivered. The inside of the hotel was recently renovated, so everything was brand new. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location quiet and easy to get to. And the staff... literally the first and last person we talked to was the owner/manager/something (Nick, iirc. Sorry if I don't :). Extremely friendly and helpful without being overbearing. At a lot of places I've stayed, if I had issues, I'd have to hunt someone down, but he was always there with a smile. I've never had a hotel experience quite like it. If we're ever in or near Windsor again, this hotel's at the top of the list.

Unexpected pleasure
9.0Nick was very accommodating and helpful. The location in Windsor was so close to Windsor town center and relatively close to downtown Loveland. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.
− Sound of heavy footsteps above me in the morning. Ask for room on second floor.
