1.0− Paid for a room through the app, found out at the counter that i'd need a credit card for the room i already paid for

5.0Had a bed not much more ...channels sucked furniture was beat up... Had people lingering outside smoking .. felt like a sro more than a hotel
− Dirty .. outdated .. grungy patrons.. lots of junkies getting high around hotel

− The bathroom fan was EXTREMELY LOUD. There was no plug-in at the desk, so I couldn't use my lap-top at the desk!!!

5.0. The first room i was in had sewage flood out of the kitchen sink...I moved....staff offered $20 coupon for my troubles. A joke. The second room had no exhaust fan in the kitchen stove hood... staff offered free night but because I booked through booking com they couldn't do that
