4.0The rooms are gross, stains on the sheets/comforters. The bathroom had mold, our toilet wouldn’t flush. The staff did give us a new room after 24 hours of no toilet, but the new room was just as bad, with a working toilet this time. A miserable stay.

4.0Good location central with lots of walking items. Room is very dated mould around shower dusty temperature control didn’t work in the shower. Breakfast was very basic.

10.0Wonderful place to stay and take in all the views. Great balcony room to enjoy the city of Rome's busy streets, sights, people watch everything. The hotel inside has many little places to wonder around and get lost in old Italian painted ceilings, courtyard, a beautiful chapel on the 3 floor. The staff is great especially Pereira, went above and beyond to help make our trip even better.
