I was warmly welcomed by Sampo when I arrived at the hotel. He made me feel very welcome. I’m not sure if I spelled his name correctly.

− Staff don’t knock at the door before entering for cleaning, if you forget to put the the sign outside. Even if you don’t put it, I think the staff should knock before trying to open the door

Please note that this hotel does not have a elevator and that there are narrow staircases in these characteristic Amsterdam buildings.
