1.0The only way I can describe it is terrible!! The hotel smelled like a nursing home. The staff was unfriendly and unresponsive. The room was unpleasant, smelly and disgusting.
− From staff to room to overall experience was just awful!
After Booking.com got their mistake taken care of with the motel, it was an ok experience.

− More breakfast choices, not much room to sit.

9.0I liked the set up of the facility and the bed. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice, too.
− I didnt get to stay very long so idk how breakfast was or anything. Had to leave after sleeping a few hours due to altitude sickness, so no fault of the hotel.
