9.0Overall a great hotel with a delicious breakfast. Being next to a casino wasn't expected, but added another element to the stay.
Stay was ok just very rude staff at hotel regarding double payment.
2.0I paid for the room via booking.com The hotel also charged me the same rate on my card as well as booking charging my card. I have not gotten any resolution or credit back on my card.

Aside from the check in difficulties and no WiFi, it was great.
8.0Clean and comfortable and convenient to what we were doing.
− Apparently Hilton and Booking.com don’t communicate very well. At check in, they never did find my name or my reservation. Fortunately I had my emailed confirmation from Booking.com. But I was never really on their list. We couldn’t get WiFi because my last name wasn’t on their system. They told me that they have this issue with a lot of 3rd party sites like Booking.com.

− Check-in process was very long (more tham 15 minutes with no other people) even though I paid in advance... Evening clerk was slow and talked more than needed about the systems out their control... paid night was made through Booling.
